Orders over $100 USD qualify for free domestic shipping. Multiple shipping rates are available at checkout.
Return Policy
At Tilly Golf, we set out to craft high-quality products that last. If you do need to return or exchange your order, we're here to help.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Postmarked within 30 days of the fulfillment date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Returned with the original price tags and packaging intact
- Neatly folded in the inner bag they were shipped in
Final Sale Items
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
- Capsule and limited releases, including our head covers
- Discounted items
Refunds and Fees
Returns and exchanges are based on the order value paid. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tilly Golf reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that doesn't meet these requirements.
Worry Free Purchase
Add Worry Free Purchase at checkout for coverage if your order is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. It also includes free return labels. If something goes wrong, you can file a claim and, if eligible, receive a quick replacement or refund.
When to File
- Damaged, or marked delivered but not received: Within 7 days of delivery
- Lost or delayed: Starting 10 business days after the last tracking scan
Worry Free Purchase is non-refundable. It's charged separately and isn't included in any return or refund.
